Meet Coach Crissi

Christin Smith, CPC, SHRM-SCP, is purpose-driven toward developing and enriching her clients.  As a Certified Professional Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she has devoted her career to developing others with a focus on quality of life. With over 15 years of coaching and consultant experience in the public and private sectors, she is passionate about the empowerment and growth of others. Through multiple methodologies, including Linear Coaching, Innovative, Positive Psychology, Performance, and The GROW Coaching models, Christin is well-versed in collaborating with her clients on the right approach to reach their goals.

Christin is driven by connecting people, purpose, and business.  She believes that achieving wellness and balance begins with intention and works with her clients with a strengths philosophy to reach success.  Throughout her career, she has been a business partner and people leader in Human Resources (Senior Certified Professional with SHRM), a training facilitator and a behavioral interviewer in industries such as aviation, automotive, real estate, non-profits, and many others.

As an executive, leadership and possibilities coach, Christin enjoys collaborating with her clients on their needs and is open to educating her clients and holding them accountable to aligning their values, goals and actions. Her unique approach of transparency and professional empathy allows her to connect with clients quickly, assess their needs and begin collaborating on the path of the desired outcome.
